Property Review:

  • Initial inspection to include any recommendations and maintenance observations  

  • Rent appraisal

  • A simple and easy to understand agreement authorising Smart Properties to act as Agent

  • Property documentation handover with the agreement

  • Arrange to collect keys once agreement is signed

Tenant Sourcing

Included in Full Management Fee

  • Prepare advert

  • Respond to enquiries

  • Conduct viewings

  • Shortlist applicants

  • Review credit & reference checks

Optional / Additional Fees

  • Professional Photography – From $150

  • Base advertising: $55 + GST (includes realestate.co.nz, OneRoof, Trovit, Facebook)

  • Trademe advertising: $155 + GST

  • Tenant check $35+GST or $55+GST (includes Equifax, illion Credit & Tenancy database check)

  • Letting fee: 1 week’s rent + GST per new tenancy

  • Healthy Homes Assessment From $209 + GST

  • Project Management for Renovations – By arrangement
