The original project transformed a single home into five fully self-contained flats—designed and built with one clear aim: to provide affordable accommodation with accessible, serviceable infrastructure. Plumbing, drainage, and other systems were planned for easy maintenance and long-term cost efficiency. One tenant who moved in back in 2007 remains to this day—a reflection of lasting quality and thoughtful management. This journey was never about chasing wealth.
